We offer various types of group exercise classes with its own unique format, intensity and focus. We provide a supportive and motivating environment for members where you can challenge yourself, improve your fitness and have fun working out in groups

An experienced Group Exercise instructor will lead the class, providing guidance, instructions and motivation throughout the session. We provide a structured routine tailored to the specific type of class such as cardio, strenght training, yoga, dance or cycling classes.

The average number of attendees per class varies depending on the type of GX (Group Exercise) class and the time of day. However, our GX classes typically accommodate between 10 to 20 participants on average. The attendance may fluctuate based on factors such as class popularity, scheduling, and seasonal trends. We aim to maintain an optimal class size to ensure a personalized and effective workout experience for all participants.

Our classes are designed to be suitable for members of various fitness levels, offering modifications or intensity options to accomodate beginners, intermediate as well as advanced members. Group Exercise instructors will provide guidance on how to adjust exercises to match individual fitness level and may offer alternative movements or lower-impact options for those with limitations or injuries.

We provide equipment for the classes, however, if you would wish to bring your own for additional comfort, you may do so

Minimum age requirement is 16 years old to participate in group exercise classes without parental supervision

The duration of group exercise classes can vary widely depending on the type of class. However, most group exercise classes typically last between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
